Roland Wilcox, ACII FPC IRIB - Managing Director
Roland was brought up and educated in London becoming Managing Director of Rigtons in 1986 after managing regional offices for a national insurance company. Roland is a figurehead in the region and has developed a wealth of knowledge in all classes of insurance over 30 years. He is an Institute Registered Insurance Broker, a Chartered Insurance Broker, and a qualified Financial Adviser.

Margaret Wilcox, IRIB - Director
Margaret is an Institute Registered Insurance Broker and has developed strong relationships with motor underwriters most particularly in Lloyds. In a very competitive market she is a specialist in handling and placing motor fleet covers and managing our personal client portfolio. Margaret is responsible for many of our larger and long standing fleet client accounts.

Nigel Moulden, FPC - Independent Financial Adviser
Nigel is our Financial Adviser, he has considerable experience developed from a Broking and insurance company background covering Wealth Management, Savings, Investments, Life and Pensions. Nigel is not a tied advisor, he is completely independent, so you can be assured of obtaining the best advice available. He is available to discuss your requirements either in our offices, at your home address or place of work.

Matthew Whitehurst, MA Cert CII IRIB - Commercial Manager
Matthew is an Institute Registered Insurance Broker and prior to moving into general insurance trained in Manchester as a Mortgage Broker and Life, Pensions and Investments Consultant. He manages our commercial portfolio of business and is responsible for our long standing commercial client accounts. Primarily he places commercial property, liability, construction, marine and fleet business in Lloyd’s of London and in the local market. In addition, Matthew underwrites and is responsible for our various commercial schemes.

Julia Barnes - Account Handler
Julia comes from Northumberland and has many years experience in the fleet market, uniquely in the bus, coach and minibus market. Julia has developed excellent contacts in the Lloyd’s market and places prestige fleets of a significant size as well as preserved vehicles. Recently Julie has taken a leading role in our new preserved vehicle insurance schemes. In particular, she deals with Property Owners and High Net Worth insurances.

Helen Hargreaves - Account Handler
Helen has a insurance company background and expertly handles vehicle fleet cases and property claims ensuring satisfactory resolution for our clients. She has an excellent rapport with our clients dealing with existing business including preserved buses and coaches and liability and places new business for fleet clients and all personal insurances.

Claire handles commercial insurances across all trades. With her friendly but professional attitude she has built excellent relationships with many business owners.
