We are well known in the model and toy trade as the leading model insurance Brokers, probably insuring more collectable businesses than any other Broker in the UK. Our scheme is specifically tailored to retailers, manufacturers, wholesalers, warehouses, from single premises to multiple premises, as well as those working from home and more unusual risks.

This scheme is exclusive to us and provides for stock and liability at exhibitions, USA exposure, mail order, and goods in transit, as well as personal collections at home which are often difficult to cover on a standard policy. Our experience and commitment to the model and toy trade has developed from regular attendance and exhibiting at trade shows. Many of our Brokers have personal interests in the transport industry enriching our knowledge of railway and bus and coach models.

This scheme is designed to offer an insurance solution to trades involved in supplying all types of equipment for the home. We know and understand the significant risks involved in fitting carpets, kitchens, fire surrounds or undertaking any work in a customers home.

Market leading covers and premium rates are available for all retailers and manufacturers: from carpets, double glazing, tiles, bathrooms, curtains, soft furnishings, furniture, and upholstery, through to clothing, shoe shops, and bicycle retailers.

Construction/ Plant/Heavy Liability Insurance Scheme

Over 30 years we have become known for insuring heavy liability risks providing expert knowledge to the construction industry and allied trades. Risks include general construction, theatre construction, work on ships, civil engineers, Railway work, and groundworkers. We can advise on the most appropriate covers, Contract Works, Plant Cover, Engineering Inspection, Heavy Vehicle Insurance, Special Types, Liability, Professional Indemnity and Directors and Officers Insurance.

We work closely with our clients and familiarise ourselves with each business. We excel on risks that are difficult to place or that other Brokers have failed on. Risks such as those that require £5,000,000 and above liability Indemnity limits, height limits of up to 100 feet, depth limits down to 10 metres, or heat work including welding and soldering.

We negotiate bespoke wordings with insurers and our service throughout the year involves full claims monitoring, risk management advice, advising on contract conditions, collateral warranties and Statutory regulations, and completing sub-contractors forms where required.
