Heritage railways are subject to the same risks as commercial railway operators so it is essential that you are adequately covered, but we also know that insurance premiums are a significant expense when it comes to budgeting, especially if you run on a volunteer basis aided by Lottery Funding and donations. Our scheme offers extremely competitive premium rates that will help your cashflow together with a watertight policy wording.

Unlike similar schemes that apply excesses as high as £10,000 discouraging you from making genuine claims, our policy has a low £250 policy excess including for theft and malicious damage in the open.

We understand that your collections holds great value, however unusual. Designed specifically for private collectors the protection offered is superior to most household policies and includes full theft cover. In addition, we can arrange up to 90 consecutive days cover in the UK for storage, transit, exhibition, loan of artworks and auction attendence, which are all key issues for collectors. International locations can also be accommodated.
